On the opening and closing nights of The Tempest, you can enjoy a mouth-watering meal and free-flowing drinks in the historic Vache hall, before the show and during the interval.
Places must be pre-booked at £140 a head. There are a limited number of seats available so we encourage early booking. We are delighted that this year’s restaurant menu will be created by chef Sami Ramadan (@mindfulcookingwithsr).
Amuse Bouche – Halloumi & Watermelon Skewer
Golden grilled halloumi paired with sweet, juicy watermelon
Meze – Flatbread & Dips
Warm, soft flatbread served with creamy hummus & cool tzatziki

Shaved fennel & fresh herbs with crisp gem lettuce, pickled berries & a light vinaigrette

Glazed carrots with pomegranate molasses, butterbean hummus, pumpkin seed pesto & fresh herbs

Lamb Kleftiko
Tender Slow-roasted lamb shoulder, served with Cyprus potatoes & a bright sumac onion salad
Stuffed Roasted Aubergine (Vegan)
Oven-roasted aubergine filled with rich mushroom ragu, served with vibrant tomato ezme
Dessert – Cacao Mousse
Silky cacao mousse with vanilla cream, sweet dates, cocoa nibs & a drizzle of olive oil
