Splash! A relaxed performance | VB Summer Festival 2026

Everyone is welcome at Splash! 

This relaxed performance is designed to be comfortable for children and for people with special educational needs and disabilities. You'll be able to arrive and leave the tent as needed, and movement and quiet noise in the audience are welcome. Our team will be on hand to help throughout your visit.

Expect a mash-up (splash-up?) of magical scenes from our main show The Tempest, vocal and instrumental music about water, and fun presentations by David Attenborough's triple-BAFTA-award-winning sound recordist Chris Watson. There might even be a blue whale!
